There are indications that the former governor of Anambra, Peter Obi and former Governor of Kano, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso are set to join the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) or possible defection by to the duo to the party.
This move is coming hours after Obi resigned from the African Democratic Congress (ADC), citing legal issues and internal crisis.
Obi and Kwankwaso are currently in a closed-door meeting with the National Leader of NDC, Senator Seriake Dickson.
