Workers’ Day 2026: Olufade Salutes Workers, Commends Their Dedication

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm greetings to workers in Ibadan North, Oyo State, and across Nigeria as they join the global community to commemorate the 2026 International Workers’ Day.

In his Workers’ Day message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Olufade praised the resilience, commitment, and invaluable contributions of workers, describing them as the backbone of societal growth and development.

He acknowledged the pivotal role played by the workforce in driving progress at the grassroots and sustaining governance structures.

The council boss specifically lauded workers in Ibadan North Local Government for their dedication to duty and unwavering efforts in ensuring effective service delivery, noting that their contributions continue to foster development within the council area.

Olufade urged workers to remain steadfast and committed, assuring them of his administration’s continuous support toward creating an enabling environment that promotes productivity and welfare.

He emphasized that with sustained hard work, unity, and dedication, greater achievements are attainable for Ibadan North, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large.
