The lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency II at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, has extended warm felicitations to the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon.
