The Boye Nation Media and Support Group has rejected allegations by Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed accusing Ajiboye Akande Sangogade, popularly known as Boye Nation, of “breeding area boys,” describing the claim as unfounded and an attempt to tarnish the reputation of its principal.
In a statement signed by the group’s spokesperson, Amb. Omiyale Ademola, the group condemned what it described as a “reckless and malicious” statement credited to Taoheed, urging the public to disregard what it characterised as an attempt to mislead the people of Oyo State.

The group said Taoheed should be mindful of his own alleged dealings with Boye Nation before questioning the character or associations of others.
Specifically, the group alleged that Taoheed received ₦1 million from Ajiboye Akande Sangogade, challenging him to publicly clarify the circumstances surrounding the alleged transaction.

“If associating with Boye Nation defines anyone negatively, then Hon. Taoheed has comfortably included himself in that category by accepting financial benefits from him,” the statement said.
The group further alleged that other individuals within the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), including some it described as prominent leaders, had also benefited financially from Sangogade.

According to the statement, the group claimed to be in possession of financial receipts, bank-transfer records and other documents which it said could substantiate the allegations if the controversy continues.
The group consequently called on Taoheed to retract what it described as his “baseless statements” and desist from further attacks against Sangogade.
It also warned that continued allegations could prompt the release of documents relating to the alleged financial transactions involving Taoheed and other political figures.
“The people of Oyo State deserve transparency, not selective amnesia and political blackmail,” the statement added.
The allegations contained in the statement have not been independently verified. Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed has not, in the material available for this report, provided a response to the financial allegations attributed to the Boye Nation Media and Support Group.
The development comes against the backdrop of heightened political activities in Oyo State ahead of the 2027 general elections, with Boye Nation and the JAF Movement recently linked to youth mobilisation activities and the September 21, 2026 Young, United and Unstoppable (YUU) concert in Ibadan.
