The ongoing Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders’ meeting in Oyo Central Senatorial District has produced another major development, as consensus arrangements continue to shape the party’s internal alignment.
At the meeting, held in the presence of Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Olalekan Abiola Monsuru was confirmed as the consensus candidate for Akinyele State Constituency I.
In a related development, stakeholders from Lagelu State Constituency and Ona-Ara State Constituency have officially stepped down from the ongoing consensus process, a move believed to be part of broader consultations and strategic realignments within the party.
